Most toilet blockages are wipes, paper or something that fell in. Some are further down the pipe. We find which one it is.
Clearing the Blockage
Mechanical drain snake through the bowl.
We work through the toilet itself with the right size of snake, so there is no need to remove the toilet or touch the floor.
Afterwards we flush several times and run water in the other fixtures on the same line to make sure everything drains.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I keep flushing to push it through?
No — if the water is rising, one more flush can overflow onto the floor. Stop, and call us.
Are wet wipes really the problem?
Very often. "Flushable" wipes do not break down like paper and are the most common cause of toilet blockages we see.
Water comes up in my shower when I flush. Why?
The blockage is past the point where the two pipes join. It needs clearing further down the line.
