1. Who is responsible for your data

Services Lisbon is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. You can contact us about your data by phone or WhatsApp on +351 931 457 996.

2. What we collect and why

Quote form: your name, neighbourhood or town, phone number, the service you need and — if you give them — your email and a message. We use this only to reply to you and to carry out the work you ask for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Phone calls and WhatsApp: if you call or message us, we use your number and the conversation to reply to you, on the same legal basis.

We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

3. Who we share it with

Form requests reach us through the following service providers, who act on our behalf:

Supabase — the database where we record requests so we can follow them up.

We do not sell or pass your data to anyone for marketing. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to reply and, if we do the work, for the periods required by law for invoicing and guarantees. Requests that did not lead to any work are deleted within 2 years.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +351 931 457 996 and we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

6. Cookies and your language choice

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to consent to.

Your browser keeps two small things in its own storage: the language you choose in the language selector, so the site opens in that language next time, and — after you send the form — a short reference used to show the confirmation page. Neither leaves your device.
