Bigger jobs — pipe replacement, drain jetting, camera surveys, new bathrooms, water heater replacement — are quoted after we see the work, usually from photos first.
What "from" includes, and what it does not
A starting price covers the simplest version of the job in normal working hours in Lisbon: travel to you, diagnosis and a short repair with no special parts.
Parts are charged separately and listed on the invoice. A washer costs almost nothing; a thermostatic cartridge or a new water heater does not. We tell you what a part costs before fitting it.
What makes a job cost more
Time of day: nights, weekends and public holidays cost more than normal hours. We tell you the rate on the phone before sending anyone.
Access: a pipe under a sink takes minutes; the same pipe behind tiles or inside a concealed cistern takes longer.
